What visibility would I have looking through a window with a perforated window vinyl?

Perforated vinyl is refereed to as 60/40. This means that 60 percent of the image is printed, 40 percent of the graphic is see through. These graphics look great from the exterior of the building and does not impact your vision from inside of the building.
