Dibond is a lightweight, rigid and durable aluminum composite material. Dibond consists of two strong sheets of .012″ aluminum bonded to a thermoplastic core. Each side is print-ready in a variety of colors and finishes.

For custom signs in La Mesa, CA and large format printing in La Mesa, CA projects, 858 Graphics recommends drawing a 1pt magenta line to cut. This must be provided on a separate layer. Please ensure it’s not flattened on the printed art, as this line will be used as the precise cut line.
- How large can my rigid print be?
Our materials come default at 4 foot by 8 foot. These materials include foamcore, dibond, PVC, styrene, ultraboard, gatorboard, cardstock, coroplast, and acrylic. If requested, we have the ability to order these in custom sizes. Call you customer service rep to find out more!
- What kind of metal is dibond made of?
Dibond® aluminum composite panels feature two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core. This lightweight, durable, and weather-resistant signage substrate withstands extreme impact, ideal for indoor and outdoor signs, displays, and architectural panels.
