Types of Variable Data Variable data can range from simple consecutive numbers to multiple fields with variable graphic images and barcodes. We do not print flexo or silkscreen stickers. There is an enormous difference in quality and turnaround time. The main difference is that traditional screen printed stickers involve a large amount of setup and typically take 1-2 weeks to produce; they are also limited to the types of shapes they can cut. Digital printing is fast. There is very little setup involved, they can be cut while printing and shippped in 3 days. These stickers last 3-5 years indoors and 1-2 years outdoors.
